Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026. This policy covers the Pixfall: Photo Cleaner app (“Pixfall”), made by Edra LLC (“we”, “us”).
The short version
Your photos and videos never leave your phone. We don’t have servers that receive them, we don’t sell data, and Pixfall doesn’t track you across other apps or websites.
Photos and videos
Pixfall asks for access to your photo library so it can show your photos and videos and delete the ones you choose. Everything happens on your device. We never upload, copy, or view your photos, and we can’t see what’s in your library. When you delete items on iPhone, iOS moves them to your Recently Deleted album, where they stay for 30 days unless you empty it yourself. On Android, the system asks you to confirm and then deletes them from your phone permanently.
If you share your cleanup card and choose to save it, your phone saves that picture to your photos. The card shows only how much space you freed and how many items you deleted, never your photos.
Information stored on your device
To remember your progress, Pixfall saves your keep and delete choices and simple totals (like how much space you’ve freed) on your phone. This information stays on your device and is removed if you delete the app.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store on iPhone, and by Google through Google Play on Android. We use RevenueCat, a subscription service, to check whether you have an active subscription. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history for Pixfall, and basic device information such as your country and app version. It doesn’t receive your name, email, or photos. You can read RevenueCat’s privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
Third parties
RevenueCat (purchases), Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) are the only third parties involved. We share nothing with them beyond what is described above, and we require them to protect that information at least as well as this policy does. We have no advertising or analytics partners.
Analytics and advertising
Pixfall contains no ads, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics.
Children and age ranges
Pixfall isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Some US states require apps to check a user’s age range. On iPhone, if Apple tells Pixfall those rules apply where you are, Pixfall asks Apple once for your age range (for example, “18 or over”) through Apple’s Declared Age Range feature, and you can decline. On Android, Pixfall asks Google Play once for your age range through Google’s Play Age Signals feature; Google may show its own screen asking whether to share it, and you can say no. Either way, the answer stays on your phone, is never sent to us, and is used only to follow those laws. Purchases by minors go through Apple’s Ask to Buy or Google’s Family Link, so a parent approves them.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Your keep and delete choices and your totals stay on your phone until you delete Pixfall, which removes them. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat for as long as needed to provide your subscription and meet legal and tax obligations. To ask for your RevenueCat purchase record to be deleted, email us at the address below and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw Pixfall's access at any time: on iPhone in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos, on Android in Settings › Apps › Pixfall › Permissions. Because we don’t collect personal information about you, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you live in California or elsewhere with privacy rights and have a question about your data, email us and we’ll respond.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, mention it in the app’s release notes.
