I deleted something by mistake

iPhone: open the Photos app, tap Albums, scroll to Recently Deleted, select the item and tap Recover. iOS keeps deleted items there for 30 days.

Android: Android deletes items permanently after you confirm, so Pixfall can’t bring them back. If you back up with Google Photos or another cloud service, the backed-up copy may still be there; check that app’s library or trash.

Why didn’t my free space go up right away?

On iPhone, deleted items sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days. To get the space back now, empty that album in the Photos app. If you use iCloud Photos, iCloud storage frees up too. On Android, the space frees up right away.

Pixfall only shows some of my photos

You may have given access to selected photos only. On iPhone, go to Settings › Apps › Pixfall › Photos and choose Full Access. On Android, go to Settings › Apps › Pixfall › Permissions › Photos and videos and choose Always allow all. You can also tap the banner on Pixfall’s home screen to add more.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pixfall.

Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Pixfall.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

I bought Pro on another phone

Open the Pro screen in Pixfall and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android). Purchases don’t carry over between iPhone and Android.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Pixfall works entirely on your phone. See our Privacy Policy.
