Terms of Use
Effective October 8, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Edra LLC (“we”, “us”) about the Pixfall: Photo Cleaner app (“Pixfall”). By using Pixfall you agree to them. If you got Pixfall from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If those conflict with these terms, these terms control where the law allows.
What Pixfall does
Pixfall helps you review your photos and videos and delete the ones you choose. You decide what to delete. On iPhone, items you delete go to your Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them for 30 days. On Android, the system asks you to confirm and then deletes them permanently.
Your responsibility for deletions
Please review your Bin before confirming. Once items are deleted on Android, or once you or iOS empty Recently Deleted on iPhone, they can’t be recovered by us or by Pixfall. We aren’t responsible for photos or videos you choose to delete. Keep a backup, such as iCloud Photos or Google Photos, of anything you can’t afford to lose.
Storage estimates
Sizes and “space freed” numbers in Pixfall are estimates. Actual space returned depends on your device, your cloud photo backup settings, and, on iPhone, when Recently Deleted is emptied.
Subscriptions
- Pixfall is free to download with a daily limit. Pixfall Pro removes the limit and is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. If a free trial is offered, you’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and on Android in the Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn’t refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Pixfall, or use it to break the law.
Disclaimer
Pixfall is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the app will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Edra LLC won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, photos, or videos, arising from your use of Pixfall. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pixfall in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we’ll change the effective date when we do. You can stop using Pixfall at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
